The modulhotel Art & Plage in Yverdon-les-Bains can be compared to a 3-star hotel. It was situated in a park-like setting on Lake Neuchâtel, very close to the Arteplage Yverdon-les-Bains. The building consisted of prefabricated modules. Each module contained one room and these were stacked on top of each other. The single and double rooms are all equipped with WC and shower or bath.

Subsequent use
After Expo.02, the Modulhotel was used as a student residence.
