A helium captive balloon with a diameter of 22.00 metres and a volume of 5'500 m³ was installed in Neuchâtel. The captive balloon rose to a height of over 150.00 metres and wonderful souvenir photos of the Arteplage Neuchâtel and the city of Neuchâtel were taken.
