During three weekends, the Cirque des idées, a travelling circus of the intellectual kind, makes a stop on the Piazza. Like the other Arteplages, the Artplage Biel-Bienne is enlivened by the games and jokes of the street theatres and by small circus interludes. The Little Dreams surprise with unforeseen interventions.
