What has remained?
Expo.02 lasted from 15.05.2002 to 20.10.2002.
Many wonderful memories remain in the minds of Expo.02 visitors.
However, the Expo.02 buildings have since disappeared, and the areas where the Arteplages were located at the time already looked the same again at the end of 2003 as they did in 1999.
With a few exceptions, all the buildings on the Arteplages have disappeared - but a few pavilions and buildings have been given new locations and new functions.
A few infrastructures in the Expo.02 cities and in the region, on the other hand, have remained. These are the ones that were not built by Expo.02 itself, but which could only be realised thanks to Expo.02.
