Flexible to the end

The approximately 1'500 different events at Expo.02, which can be seen and heard during more than 10'000 performances and events, form the largest multicultural and interdisciplinary festival in Switzerland. A festival like this needs to be organised.

At the opening of Expo.02, the Direction Events had about 400 employees from all language regions of the country. They look after departments such as administration, promotion, production, stage technology and programme design. Together they probably form the largest team ever assembled in Switzerland for a cultural event.
