Pure adventure and nature

The caravans at Ipsach were reminiscent of camping holidays, but offered the comfort of a hotel.

They were caravans parked on a sports ground in Ipsach near Biel. They were only a few steps away from Lake Biel: ideally suited for an evening swim after the Expo.02 visit. The Arteplage Biel-Bienne was a ten-minute walk from the caravans. The caravans were equipped with four to six beds. Here, too, the room service cleaned the caravans and made the beds every day. There were central sanitary facilities, showers and a restaurant.

The caravans were permanently installed.

Visitors could not put their private caravans there. However, private tents were allowed.
