The Assemblée Générale (General Assembly) makes decisions on the interpretation and amendment of the statutes and approves the annual accounts and final accounts of the association. It also issues discharges and appoints the members of the Comité Directeur (Steering Committee).

When the association was founded on 14.03.1995, the Steering Committee was called Comité Stratégique. On 29.09.1999 the Comité Stratégique became the Assemblàe Générale.
