The Arteplage Mobile du Jura began the long summer of Expo.02 with the theme of politics. It poured oil where there is fire and scrutinised the self-evident aspects of the democratic consumer society. On the agenda were unquestionable values such as the right to shoot, freedom of expression and the limits of the personal sphere. The Arteplage Mobile du Jura disguised itself right at the beginning as an anarchist summer camp, in the middle of which it was decided whether the holiest of all Swiss cows should be slaughtered.
