The Libretto Festival was inspired by the theme of the Arteplage Murten-Morat, Moment and Eternity, and invited visitors to take a surprising journey into the world of classical music during the day and in the evening. The concerts and performances took place on the lakeshore, on the Arteplage, in the Tente Centenaire, on a mobile stage and at various locations in Murten-Morat (streets, squares, churches, town hall, etc.) and were organised like an itinerary.

In the Lyric Jazz programme, Barbara Balzan and her fellow musicians showed how jazz can become chamber music. The integration of the cello and the omission of the drums created a lyrical atmosphere that generated intimacy and a gentle mood.
