Programme
The third symposium will focus on the reorganisation of the food sector and trade. Trade as a mediator between production and consumption takes centre stage. The service pool presented in this context serves as an instrument for producers to market their products, processed or raw, to consumers on their own initiative. This means that production, processing/distribution and consumption can be better understood as a holistic social process for all those involved.
